With previous experience as a personal trainer and recruiter, I have found my niche and a career I am truly passionate about as a Sleep Consultant. Empowering and coaching people comes naturally to me and I put my heart and soul into my work.
A mum to two beautiful dogs and a baby boy, I've experienced firsthand the challenges of sleepless nights. I know how important sleep is for your mental health, your relationships and your ability to function as a primary caregiver
Originally from South Africa, I've been living in Glasgow for the past 3 years and absolutely love the people. Glaswegians are warm, friendly, and very kind and attentive to little ones. This wonderful experience has enriched my approach, making it consultative and supportive, tailored to the unique needs of each family I work with.
